- Guinness obviously because its Irish.
- The giver of head is the bartender who pours it :-)
Some bartenders are worse than others giving head to either Guinness or Heineken as they are also responsible in getting the barrels and such connected and clean for serving.
According to Wikipedia for the Guinness: "The thick creamy head is the result of the beer being mixed with nitrogen when being poured."
Heineken has a head due to the mixing of CO2 in the drafting process.
Octoberfest coming fast
- My guess is Guinness,maybe because it's so nasty I can't fathom the taste of the froth touching my tongue.
- Guinness...and it's cool to watch...you can fascinate at least 3 drunks by pouring a Guinness and allowing them to watch the pretty bubbles.
- I never pour beer with a head! You get less beer if you're at a bar. The "head" goes down at least an inch or more.
- probably guiness if draft, heine if bottled. I prefer the head on Kostrtzer black or Spaten Optimator tho.
- Guinness is famous for the head. Theoretically, you should be able to float a quarter on it.
